This 4 bedroom villa is located in the suburbs of Sa Pobla which is 1,1 km away. This small town has many restaurants and a lovely Sunday market where you can buy fresh local food. You should visit the Can Planes Toy Museum with over 4,000 toys.
And for sunny beach days you can go to one of the several beaches like Playa de Muro or Puerto Alcudia which are 15 km away. The airport of Palma de Mallorca is 50 km away and you should rent a car.
For your assistance a maid service is provided. And please check with the owner if you have a pet.
The house has a wonderful outdoor area with lush vegetation and cypress trees. For sport activities you have a large pool and table tennis.
All bedrooms have their own modern bath, two with ensuite bathroom.
Inside you have plenty of space with each two living and dining areas. For your cooking events there is a high tech kitchen available. And for private hours you can retreat yourself to the library in the upper floor - with amazing panorama view. You can enter the veranda directly from the library and spend the time outside.
A special highlight is the large living area with high tech facilities like satellite TV and DVD player. There is even a piano in the living room. For private romantic hours you can sit at the fireplace and listen to piano music or the fire cracking. What a wonderful moment.
