VILLA LE BLE

This 10 bedroom villa is in the South between St Tropez and Cannes. It is near to Boulouris with several restaurants. The volcanic Estérel Massif is not far away and St. Raphael Port Santa Lucia is the nearest town with 2.4 km. If you are there in winter time the next ski region is only 90 minutes by car.
The beach is in walking distance of 5 minutes and not so crowded as somewhere else at the Rivera.
But your villa has its own large pool area with 2 outdoor Jacuzzis and two heated pools. One of the Jacuzzi is covered. The indoor sauna has also a Jacuzzi on site. You have a fantastic sea view from one of the swimming pools. Lie back and enjoy the panorama.
The villa has been built in 1881 and has a special charm. You have a beautiful garden with colorful pink bougainvilleas.
The house offers plenty of space with its 10 bedrooms. Six of them are located on the ground floor with Ensuite bathroom including multi-jet shower/bath. And other three bedrooms are in the first floor. Two of them have their own terrace with Jacuzzi and one has a balcony. You have either an amazing sea view or a wonderful garden view from your bedrooms.
For your guests privacy there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom in the tower. They have also an ensuite bath with multi-jet shower and a private terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. As a special the rooms are named after famous artists like Monet, Rimbaud etc.
For outdoor dining you have 2 large dining areas, one is nearby the kitchen under a garden pavilion. A lovely place to start the day with delicious breakfast or close the day with stunning sunsets.
To make it much more easy the maid service is included. Your own cook will create delicious meals for you. For your body and soul spa, massages, yoga lessons and a fitness coach are available.
You can be glad that special features are included like snorkeling equipment, kayaks, a small catamaran and the 4CV motor boat. Perfect for your own sailing trip and excursions of the area. Even tennis, golf and other water sports are available, not on your site but nearby. But be sure that because of your extras and near location to the beach you might not miss anything.
