VILLA MIRABELLE

The 6 bedroom luxury villa in bastide architecture style is close to Mougings. It is only a 5 minutes walk. You can reach Cannes within 20 minutes and the airport of Nice in a 30 minutes drive.
Mougins lies in the Alpes-Maritimes département in southeastern France. The beautiful town is well known by many artists and celebrities like Picasso, Cocteau, Winston Churchill and Christian Dior. Maybe you did not know but Picasso spent the last 15 years of his life living in Mougins; it is the place where he died. The Museum of Photography remembers his life and shows an interesting collection of photographic portraits. There are also several studios and art galleries in Mougins and excellent restaurants.
The village is surrounded by forests, such as the Valmasque forest. The pines, olives and cypress trees create a wonderful scenery.
Also the villa is surrounded by a lush garden of 6,000 square meters. Enough space for a lager swimming pool which can be heated by extra charge and an own tennis court.
The house has three levels and on the ground floor there are the spacious living room and cozy movie lounge with satellite TV including Sky Sports. Both rooms share a central fire place. Beside this there are the dining room and open kitchen with all equipments like big fridge freezer, gas oven and dishwasher. You will find there also an office with a large desk and printer. The garden and outdoor area can be accessed via the living room. The terrace is covered, an ideal place for dining. You have also a grill place for wonderful barbecue with family and friends.
On the same floor is the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bath. This large bedroom has an own terrace with smelling purple wisteria. A wonderful place to take a rest.
On the upper floor is the further master double bedroom with lounge and dressing room. This has also its private terrace and an ensuite bathroom. There are another 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds. All have their own ensuite baths.
On the last floor, the basement, you will find a second TV room which leads directly to the garden and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The last double bedroom with ensuite bath is also located there.
The maid service is included and on demand a chef is available.
