This 4 bedroom villa is in Xica Cortijo, near to Font Xica Gran and Benvingut. The historical town Pollensa and the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa are nearby and could be reached by car; so a car rental is advised.
The house has been renovated and shows the typical Spanish farmhouse style. The whole house is decorated in warm pastel colors. The kitchen is on high standard and has a twin door fridge. It is located directly flanking the terrace and outdoor area. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden and green lawns. You have a lovely dining area under a covered pergola with rattan sitting group for breakfast or dinner. There is a stone BBQ place for perfect grill events.
If the days are getting cooler you can heat the pool. Please notice that the heating will be charged extra.
The first twin bedroom with walk-in shower is on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are two further twin bedrooms which share a lovely balcony with a wonderful view to countryside. Both have their own ensuite shower bath. The last bedroom is double with ensuite bath with separate shower cabin. As an extra you have an own Jacuzzi for relaxing.
