This villa lies in a very beautiful countryside surrounded by mountains. You can enjoy this stunning panorama view from your terrace and even from your pool.
The historical Pollenca is only 3 km drive away. Pollenca is a lovely stone built village with many cafes and art galleries. In the summer time there are several music events and festivals. Perfect to be there and to take part of the local Majorcan life.
If you want to spend a relaxing beach day Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are the ideal places with their sandy beaches and the clear blue water.
Nature enthusiasts will love the 3 km hike along the Formentor Peninsula. You will walk through the Boquer Valley with plenty of wonderful wildflowers - a colorful bouquet of flowers.
We would recommend to hire a car.
The villa offers plenty of place and you have a pool and table tennis for your sport activities. For small children and older people please notice that there is a steep staircase with 29 steps in the villa.
You can enjoy this wonderful scenery from all 3 bedrooms and specially the master bedroom has a glass door to the terrace and an own fireplace. You can spend your romantic hours together - feel the heat of the fire and look outside in the stunning countryside.
The whole house has a marvelous tiled floor and you can decide to prepare a wonderful meal in the modern kitchen or on the BBQ grill outside. The dinner can be taken either in the lounge with fireplace or outside on the terrace with sun beds and pool. After a sunny day on the beach or pool or after your day trip to one of the interesting spots the ideal places to sit together and review the highpoints of the day.

The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
