This luxury 5 bedroom villa is located between the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the old town Pollensa. You can buy your fresh food on the weekly market at the Placa Mayor or choose one of the delicious restaurants if you don`t want to cook at home.
The airport of Palma de Mallorca is 65 km away. So you might need a car.
If you enter the villa, a large hall with marble floor will welcome you. The villa is built in a very open design which is also reflected in the large lounge area with direct access to the wonderful mosaic-style terrace. You have a swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi for relaxing. There are 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms; particular with exclusive marble ensuite bath. You have an fantastic view from the balcony on the first floor. The ideal place to take your meal or just for coming down. The property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.

The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
