This modern 5 bedroom villa is only 4.4 km away from the lovely old town Pollensa. The beaches are in walking distance and there are several other beaches like Puerto Pollenca within 7 km which you can reach by car.
There are many things to do at Mallorca like climbing in the mountains or visiting the wine spots. To explore the island you should rent a car.
There are three ensuite bathrooms; one with Jacuzzi as an extra.
Your family will have fun in the large pool with veranda. If you need heating for the pool £165 will be charged per week. For relaxing hours you have a Jacuzzi in the pool area. Please notice that it is unheated.
From your veranda you have a wonderful view over the mountains. This villa is a good choice to explore the Spanish island.
