A private road leads you to the Talamon Tower in the southern part of Tuscany. High above the cliffs looms the tower. Cause of this exceptional location it is clearly understood that you have a fantastic view over the sea and wonderful scenery of fishing villages and harbors.
The tower is in midst of the beautiful nature park Maremma with its free ranging animals like wild pigs, wild horses, deer and the Maremma cattle. The landscape of this nature park - wetlands, rocky coasts, natural beaches, shifting sand dunes and the characteristic "Macchia", a vegetation of pines and holm oaks - is really impressive. In between there are ruins of defensive towers of 14th century. Same as the historic Spanish tower Talamon, they have been built as protection against the Saracen. Maremma can be explored on foot, horseback and bike. Nature enthusiasts will love this place.
The town Fonteblanda is nearby, only 1 km away and offers several shops and facilities.
In detailed work the historical watchtower has been converted to a modern holiday home with traditional charm.
You have 5 bedrooms and a cozy fireplace. On the top of the tower you can enjoy this tremendous lookout from your small terrace.

A living room is located in the side building in the upper floor with cozy sitting area and a 32 inch LCD TV. You have a direct access from there to the large terrace which invites for a dinner with spectacular sunset.
For sunny days you have a 6m x 4m pool and as a special an direct access to your private rock beach which you share only with one other villa.
The Talamon Tower is a really unique holiday place and one of a kind - you won`t find somewhere else and will never forget.
