The name of this luxury villa refers to the numerous evergreen tall Tamarind trees with their beautiful yellow-red blossoms all over this location. This lush stock of Tamarind trees and the exotic banana leaves create a wonderful atmosphere; topped by the colorful blossoms of the Bouganvillea which cover the walls in shining fuchsia and violet. The right place for relaxing of body, mind and soul. Just feel the nature and take a deep breath.
This villa offers an enormous space with it`s 8.850 square feet. Divided in a main house with three bedrooms and a separate cottage with one master bedroom with a luxury marble bathroom an own living room with terrace and a kitchen. The cottage impresses with the stylish and high quality interior design. You will marvel the beautiful colorful paintings of the best known St. Kitts artist Kate Spencer which reflect perfectly the lively Caribbean spirit.
Each bedroom in the main house has it`s own bathroom and terrace. The large master bedroom of 640 square feet has a luxury Italian tiled bathroom with bathtub + shower and two basins. You can wake up in the morning and admire the amazing view of the Pitons. The second bedroom of 415 square feet is styled in Chinese design and you can enjoy your shower in the elegant ensuite marble bathroom. The last and third bedroom is for your kids and includes also an Italian tiled shower bathroom and terrace.
There is enough space for two seven foot sofas and a stone coffee table in the large living room of the main house with 2.550 square feet. You can enjoy your dinner party with your family and friends at the large breadfruit dinner table; a very unique furniture.
By using local stones and Barbados tile floors you will feel the spirit of St. Lucia.
Beside the provided shade of the Tamarind trees the massive stone walls will keep the house cool and there is no artificial cooling by air condition needed. You can enjoy the fresh air and open the windows to feel the breeze of the Caribbean sea.
Also the outdoor area offers plenty of space with it`s 1.060 square feet large terrace with a shaded pavilion to escape the sun. Even from the hugh pool of 35x15 foot and your own professional tennis court with Bioflex surface you have this wonderful view of the Pitons.
You will never forget this stunning view to the legendary Pitons - the tropical rainforest and the two magnificent volcanos. This is not without reason an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage.
The Tamarind House is at Anse Chastanet Road and even if there are no amenities in walking distance you won`t feel uncomfortable. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Ansane Chastnet Beach and a 7 minute drive to Soufriere.
Your maid will take care of you and your own cook will create delicious meals. There will be nothing left to be desired.
It is not wondering that famous visitors like Colin Tennant loved to have lunch there and Harrison Ford used to play tennis on the court with this fantastic panorama view.
