The villa is located just 5 minutes from the historic center of Frejus with Roman amphitheater, local market square and many interesting shops, restaurants and bars.
The small towns St. Raphael or Port Santa Lucia are only a 5 minutes drive away. Please not that there are no shops within walking distance so you might rent a car.
This villa is a typically Provencal Chateau built in 1904 by Lord Amherst of London. You will be impressed by the architecture and elegance. In the last years the Chateau has been restored and luxury and high end technical features have been added.
The whole property is air conditioned and can be heated. Wi-Fi is available and for your comfort you have a modern elevator. As a modern addition you will find your own home cinema and games room. For your safety the house is surrounded by a security fence, cameras and you have guardians.
There are 12 spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths in natural stone and 3 double bedrooms. All rooms have a very stylish individual design - perfect mixture of antiques and contemporary. You and your guest can enjoy either the amazing sea view over the Bay of St. Tropez or the wonderful panorama view of the Esteral mountains.
There are 5 large salons with exclusive oak parquet floors. The fireplace and exclusive chandeliers make the rooms majestic.
As a special highlight the Chateau contains a historic cloister which might be the perfect place for a dinner with up to 250 guests. Be sure that is a special place where your guests have never been. They will be impressed.
You have a modern family kitchen with direct access to the garden and veranda with loggia. Even a cooking session can be held there and you have a new high tech commercial kitchen for catering up to 400 guests. Please note that the use of the commercial kitchen will be charged extra.
You have a maid on your side. If you prefer you can book your own chef, butler, chauffeur and babysitting.
The outdoor area provides a large heated pool and boules area in a huge garden with olive and pine trees. For sport fans and outdoor lovers the Golf and Tennis Club of Valescure is a 5 minutes drive away and trekking and mountain biking can be done in the Esterels mountains. Watersports like sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, fishing and diving trips are available nearby at Agay Plage and St. Aygulf.
