Pienza with its wonderful Renaissance architecture is not without reason UNESCO World Heritage Site and only 3 km away. It is famous for its sheep`s milk cheese Pecorino and there is a cheese festival every September with cheese rolling competitions. If you have the chance you should visit this spectacular event.
Bagno Vignoni is well known as the most beautiful one of the local spa towns and 7 km away. There you can find a massive 16th century thermal pool. A canal flows from the spring over a cliff and creates an warm waterfall that ends into a crystal clear pool. This is a really unique thermal pool place for relaxing.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of 3 apartments with separate entrance. Ideal for holidays with guests to keep a bit privacy. There are 6 bedrooms in total.
The open construction of the house with high ceilings and arched entrances allows a lot of natural light and creates an open atmosphere.
If you are outside you can use the pool for refreshing and relax on the sun lounges or in the cozy hammocks.

San Quirico d'Orcia (9 km) is located halfway between Pienza and Bagno Vignoni and boasts one of the most stunning roads in the whole of Tuscany. The village and the others that surround it, retain a medieval appearance set against the most magnificent landscape of luminous yellow wheat fields and green patchwork vineyards.
Montepulciano (15 km) is a wine town well-known for producing robust Vino Nobile. It sits high on a hill with impressive views over the Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. Every August Montepulciano hosts the Calici di Stelle market, with vendors lining the streets showcasing wines of the region, traditional dishes and works by local contemporary artists.
